To continue being clear- Mr. Scardino was sueing Castro for 2,600 dollars. That was the amount the body shop estimated it would cost to repair his Lexus. Those Sicilians demand the best cars.
Castro said in court " his property contiunes about 1/2 mile past the toll gate."
Mr. Scardino stated "he parked his car about 150-200 yards past the gate."
So- 1 mile is 5260 feet. 1/2 mile would be 2630 feet. 200 yards would be 600 feet. Yep by Castro's own words Mr. Scardino was on Castro's property.
