I think that we have very serious issues with regard to Ranger Nelson's performance. The actions of the BLM with regard to route J1299 has created a dangerous conflict. The lack of law enforcement in the Juniper Flats area has reached a crucial point. I am concerned that someone may actually end up very seriously hurt out there.

I encourage all concerned to contact these individuals who have oversight and inform them of the present conflict and potential harm to the public. Please create a record as to the date, time, method of contact and what was said. We need to hold the BLM accountable for their responsibility to provide adequate law enforcement for the area.
