The BLM uses this tactic to disperse the citizens into individual groups thereby lessening their ability to focus on the issues one on one with the government employees. It is very effective. The citizens are then not able to really pin the government employees down and really get some answers.
It appears that Ranger Nelson took control of the citizens meeting and was able to use this tactic. I don't think the BLM plan on doing anything to assist those citizens, too expensive, not enough resources, they will say.
Maybe we should contact these citizens and really focus on Ranger Nelson and his job performance as chief law enforcement ranger responsible for providing law enforcement on public lands.
