Yes Mr Wizard, it happened last week. As far as William and Gail's BS, they neglected to mention that J1299 runs through the heart of an ACEC created to prevent damage to an Archeological area 10000 years old. Satalite mapping done after the Willow Fire reveals most of J1299 was absent in 2000. It only appeared after the "volunteer OHV patrol" was organized under the supervision of Ranger Nelson. I know because I personaly witnessed these events. William and Gail, where were you when all of this was happening? The last time I saw William was during the fire closure when I went hiking into the ACEC to monitor Cottonwood springs. He declined to join me to view the genisis of J1299 first hand. William remembers that day quite clearly Im sure.
