I have explained my cooperative agreement with BLM in simple language and in detail.
However, Katrina Island (Gail and William aka DCHS.Inc) are clearly underserved intellectually and my logical presentation was a waste of time.
Having answered their questions, they owe me the courtesy of an answer to my own question.
Why were two fringe individuals allowed to represent their personal vendetta as a charitable tax-free corporation (DCHS.Inc)?
Or was their claim of charitable tax-free status a fraudulent representation? (As was William's fraudulent millsite claim that cost the taxpayer thousands of dollars, levied against him but uncollected.)
I am taking their suggestion of following the money. I will be waiting for an anwer.
