(proposed route?) J1299 does not cross Mojavegreen's property. Apparently, the private property boundary line fence that Mojavegreen & Laughing Bear keep referring to is actually a "wing fence" situated entirely upon the public domain. The wing fence was erected by Mojavegreen under his 3-23-01 range improvement agreement with the BLM (see #12. SPECIAL CONDITIONS).
