I didn't ask that question specifically, but from the way this story was told, it doesn't sound like it got reported. Incidents like these, which I would say clearly represent the improper use at the least, and perhaps even the illegal use of a gun, should definitely be reported, at the time of the confrontation, in order to track such behavior. I know if I were to encounter such behavior, I would not hesitate in reporting it.
