Yes, I get your point, & and I totally agree. The path of least resistance is the best way. And I salute Ron and everyones noble efforts in these matters.
Miguel's point was that he and thousands of others will plead innocent by lack of knowledge, due to the negligence on the part of the U.S.F.S. Thereby giving them more rights than those of us who have respect for the law.

It is the U.S.F.S. that is creating disrespect for the law. Through rule making that has no common sense. Then not making the nonsensical rules obvious.

We have the right to petition our government. But when that government has no common sense how can you have respect for them?
They are supposed to work for us. Not set a trap for us to fall upon. Yet that is what they have done.
I agree with Miguel, they are looking for any excuse to shut the place down.
