Yes, it is a dog eat dog world. You take food off my plate and I can have you arrested.
Contracting without a license is illegal.
Contracting with a license is a requirement.
Digging for facts is better mental exercise than jumping to conclusions.
The Mormon church does not go far past them borders there. God loves a community that helps it self.
Every where else it is dog eat dog business.

You reminded me of this :
When I was a little boy in Florida, any time someone were drowning everyone would pitch in and help.
Nowadays when someone is drowning everyone leaves. Why ? Because no one wants to be involved in a lawsuit. No one wants to become a murder suspect. All which could happen just because you were there. Things are not as they used to be.
So let us all count our blessings, and do the best we can.
