Take it upon yourself to see how the U.S.F.S. has raped this trail. Don't stop there go on up and see the Dragon they have at the Bradford ridge trail head. My only regret is I can't be your tour guide.
It is my opinion all of these issues should have been brought up before they closed the Moss mill road. An enviromental impact report whould have revealed the subsequent use of another trail some where else.
The only way to stop trail usage would be to stop access to every one.
Funny thing ? The reason Congress started the Forest Servise was to give the public access to public lands. Now they are the oxymoron.
