Naked Man, no one said Mike Castro is making a million bucks, and has offshore accounts from his income at the Bowen Ranch. The visitation numbers, through the Bowen Ranch, to DCHS, in a given year, at 4 dollars a head, does add up to a substantial amount, and more if it is tax free income. Bottom line, Mike Castro runs a business, he should pay taxes on his income like the rest of us. Do you have information to share with us that shows that Mike Castro has a special situation concerning his Bowen Ranch income that allows him to be exempt from taxes?
