Regarding the BLM plan, from what your saying Laughing Bear, it doesn't sound like they have made a decision about this proposed parking area. It also sounds like it will be a parking lot for general use of the area and not specifically designed for hotsprings visitors. However I have not read the plan. I am always interested in hearing about changes in those areas I access frequently to go to DCHS. Of course as time goes by and these lands become more popular, changes in access will occur.
