I know that equestrian users were requesting a trailhead where they could park and unload their horses. This trailhead needed to be prior to any of the steep inclines in the road so their vehicles would be able to make it easily. The area under consideration was near 3N14 and Bowen Ranch Road. This was a reasonable request and it appears that the BLM are accomodating them.
This does not take care of the problems that we have had with Mike Castro because he goes off of his property onto the public roads around to confront members of the public. And then there are those vandalisms that mysteriously occur to vehicles parked in the public areas. There were occasions where Mike Castro was in the vicinity where the vandalism occurred. One of these days he will be caught red handed. It is just a matter of time.
