Laughing Bear, I donated 150 dollars towards the purchase of the quite claim deed for the Bowen Ranch buildings and a surrounding 40 acre easement, to Katrina, because she expressed that the Bowen Ranch Building was not owned by Mike Castro, and, she intended on making it a meeting point, for " all " hotsprings visitors. A place that would be non-profit, a place to provide visitors with information, etc. etc. I don't like the way Mike Castro has treated some people in the area, I would like to see the Bowen Ranch building be a peaceful place that is truly for the benifit of "all "DCHS visitors. Not a business that feeds off of springs visitation, a definite conflict of interest in my book, and is run by a person, in my opinion, that will do whatever he deems necesary to keep the money rolling in. Now you can use the word " link ", and make up anything you want to in regards to who is linked to who. So maybe for you, a donation from me to Gail, or me sharing some of the same sentiments as Gail, for you, compromises a " link ", but, that definition is so loose, that I could " link " all kinds of people to eachother with similiar surety. DCHS INC is a legal entity created by Gail and William. Gail approached me about becoming part of the " structure " of that entity but I declined, since my life is full enough with all the things I am involved with as a family man. If you want to confuse yourself, and imagine that somehow Gail, William, myself, or anyone else, happens to be connected, by your definition of links, in some big scheme, then what the heck Laughing Bear, thats just what you will do. I see that none of you deny the fact that DCHS INC shows as being the owners of the Bowen Ranch Building, and a surrounding easement of 40 acres. Its my opinion that if Mike Castro was one who truly was interested in being lawful, he would vacate the building until such time that " he " was legally shown, in the county records, as being the owner of that building. Mike Castro is a hypocrite, seeking the protection of the law in regards to tresspassers and his property, and , at the same time thumbing his nose at the law and remaining in a house that is not his. I hope someday that the Bowen Ranch house can represent a peaceful place that " all " DCHS visitors can feel welcome to go to. Not a business sucking money off of hotspringers, not a place of fueds.
