When one looks deeply into what really makes oneself strongly dislike or hate another person, one finds a very interesting thing. What one finds is that there is part of yourself that this other person mirrors for you. A part of yourself that you dislike, disown, feel ashamed of, are frightened by, or hide. The first step is to look into this part of yourself and with great strength and courage extend compassion to this part of ourself, even the most frieghtening parts of ourself. When this happens, a great burden is lifted. Imagine it. Isent that what we all want? More freedom in our own lives and souls? A lighter spirit? And finally the great part of this process is that in the future when that part of yourself that you have extended compasoin to is reflected in someone else, that compasion will extend to them. The anger, the legal wrangling, the fear is gone- left in its place is an expansive sense of peace and compassion for the human experience. Where is the Mike Castro in your heart, in your life? Are you at peace with that part of yourself?

There is another way to look see why the people we hate are reflections of ourself is to notice the way nature works. Lets imagine soaking in hot springs. Perhaps you have had the experience of soaking in the hot water and suddenly you appreciate where the water is coming from and where its going. The water is flowing from deep within the earth, through miles and miles of labyinths and cracks. Its heated by the very pulse of the earth, the movements of continental plates. The water comes out there above the pools and trickes down, some to the aniversary pool, some the womb. It mixes between myriads of toes and bodies and dives into deep creek. The creek flows down to the lower desert, where along the way it millions of creatures live off of it, from bacteria to people. This very water enters their bodies, they use it then excrete it and so on and so on. It never ends, and there is not one point in this entire cycle that you can pick out and say its completely independent- that it has no connection with every other point in the cycle.

The same is true for our own lives. Mike Castro drinks the same water you do, he breathes the same air, eats the same food as you do. Indeed you cant claim that he is unrelated to you, completely disconnected. So to spend so much effort in spreading hate and fear directed towards this man is to direct it to a part of yourself. But there is a catch. You see since there is no difference between you or Mike Castro what you direct towards him you will recieve yourself. If you live your life in fear and hate you will experience fear and hate.

The first step is to see the Mike Castro in your own life and extend deep compassion. Cease the war within yourself, the battleground is not at the bowen ranch, but in your own heart. If flag of compassion can be extended in that battleground the war will cease, widom will be realised, and the Mike Castros in your life will no longer have power over you.

You may think: 'but he is dangerous'. He may be or may not be, but that is not the point: the point is that he has no power over your life, because right now, judging by the posts over the years I have been reading, and by your website, he does.

If Mike Castro is dangerous and has murdered and all the things you say he has done then he will recieve it back, the same process that I described earlier in this messege, justice will be served- either by god or by the law, or both, it will be served. But Katrina its out of your hands. You are not god, so let it go and trust that this world has a way of working things out.
