think I would probably agree with that, because most kids would be in 8th or 9th grade at that age, and are capable of critical thinking. If others are uncomfortable with them voting that young, then I would say 16 at the latest."
With this in mind I was thinking that we could go down to 13 and include all teenagers (that's a scary thought), that way Matt would be included within a few months, or just leave it at 14. What do you other's think?
