It is about public safety

The website is an expression of concern for the safety of the public. If you believed (like I do) that Mike Castro and others are involved with two alleged attempted murders, interferred with the investigation into a suspicious death, assaulted Gary Roe with intent to inflict serious physical harm, brandished weapons, discharged weapon, threatened people's lives, false imprisonment, etc. etc. You would be concerned for the safety of the public at Deep Creek Hotsprings especially when these people have gotten away with all that. And then this guy, who charges a toll for crossing his private land, is allegedly enforcing the law and regulations for the BLM and Forest Service with their approval. An alleged private citizen (a private business owner) with the authority to enforce the law up there at Deep Creek, especially the law against "trespassing". It is just hard to believe that all these events occurred and the authorities have done nothing about it.
