Naked Man, If you find all of this information about the ownership of the of the Bowen Ranch and the issue of whether the old Moss Mill road should, or will be opened, is amusing and absurd and lacks no merit or basis, then I would say, why worry yourself so much about it :-) Katrina is asserting that there are rights under current laws that are being denied related to these two issues, the Ranch and the Moss Mill Road. She has a right to pursue a lawful remedy if and inequity does actually exist. If her arguments are invalid then I doubt the local authorities will allow her to prevail. Unfortunatly in many cases. the availability of funds is the deciding factor on how thoroughly justice in such matters can be attained. From what I've seen of Katrina's information I think its certainly " possible " that she is correct in her interpretations of these issues. I also consider that it is " possible " that she is not. As long as she proceeds within the bounds of the law then I have no problem with her efforts.
