Yes, "stud," we are for real. If Scotty is a convicted child molester I do not want him anywhere near children or teens. Deep Creek Hot Springs is a place where many law enforcement agencies may have jurisdictional powers, but in this day of tiny budgets, many of those agencies may hope the the "other guys" take charge of problems. The best we can do is report any clearly suspected criminal to the authorities, and if that doesn't get results then we, the citizens of DCHS, must stay alert to any serious violations in our area.
