Pssst Katrina.....ya want to know for sure how the trails were created? I am an eye witness girlfriend. Remember, I held the mining claims mentioned by the BLM in the ACEC management plan of 1988 at Cottonwood Spring. My claims dated back into the early 80s. I have owned property near Cottonwood Spring since the late 70s. I have spent a lot of time there over the years. I dont recall seeing William out there ever, not even when I invited him to go in the spring of 2001 when the OHV patrol was creating the illegal trail. He had the chance to see for himself but would not go! Too lazy I reckon. I guess he prefered to sit on his butt at Hotspringer Roe's instead. Next time, do your homework before taking the test.
