The public doesnt have a crystal ball or ESP to tell them what is public or private lands, hence the posting. What is very clear however is Mojave's posting of his private property. Motorcyclists who have been cutting fences and tearing up private property know exactly what they are doing. After over a decade of squatting on government land, William never milled a thing except "donations" panhandled from hotspringers.
