Jobe, The Hollow's fine 'cept the county park service jacked the price up there, and still charges $2 per visit above the annual pass. You can't count on common sunny weather there, like you can in the Mojave desert, but so far I've enjoyed all my visits.
Don't know when I'll be back in Vegas;we'll probably cross paths at the springs when I'm there. 7 of us took a moonlight hike to AZHS near the end of August, and had a great time.
