Thanks for checking in with your thoughts paul. I hope you don't karate chop me next time I have my camera out :-) Rick, I can see that everyone is not completely satisfied with the new planting of this tree. If I did plan to try a new tree start it would be the cottonwood since they grow rather fast and are already present in the area. The main thing I do to help the springs area is to pick up trash which can only be seen as a positive step. I also break up fire pits and bury the ashes when I can. I don't wish to start confrontations so I don't contest people while there using a fire pit or are obviously being trashy pigs, even though I'd like to sometimes. The only improvements I see for the pools would be some repair work on the Aniversary pool and the Arizona pool which are both leaking and damaged. The cement work needs to be done when there are few people, mornings, weekdays etc. so the visitors soaks aren't interferred with and the cement can have time to set unfettered by human activity. Oh there is this last little project, a suspension bridge painted orange from the beach to the hotpools :-)
