After the meeting, Ron and Wizard drove down to the lower parking lot to check on the brochure box. Ron noticed that rain can get in at the top, and proposed putting a rubber strip there to protect it. The strip can be painted green to match the box.
Paul drove up to Bowen Ranch to see the sign posted there. Mike Castro gave him a copy, but had revised the sign and gave Paul a rough draft. The following day, we obtained a copy of the revised sign. I am posting it here for everyone's information:

HOT SPRINGS CLOSED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE
For those who want to use this road or be on this private property, the fee is required. Your cooperation will keep this ranch open so you and others will have access in the future. If it wasn't for this private property, the road would be closed way before this point!!
ENTER HOT SPRINGS AT YOUR "OWN RISK"
NO EMERGENCY SERVICES
NO REFUNDS
PARK ON PRIVATE PROPERTY
DO NOT DRIVE PAST "CLOSED" SIGNS!
That is the sign that is posted, and the parts in all capitals are also in all capitals on the sign, and also in larger print. The largest print is the "hot springs closed until further notice" part.
I will refrain from commenting on the meeting minutes for a couple of days to give others the chance to comment first.
