Call Linda Hanson and ask to be put on the mailing list as an interested public for the Round Mountain Allotment. Ask where the BLM monitoring evidence is showing the area has recovered from the fires and drought enough to support heavy grazing activity by cattle. Ask where these cattle will find water. Express concerns about cattle grazing off the lease area and into Deep Creek and the effect on the Arroyo toad habitat. Ask about the effects of cow dung into the waters of Deep Creek. Let her know you intend to protest any decision to release cattle into the Juniper Flats area until multiple concerns are addressed. BLM 909-697-5214.
