I took some time to review the Deep Creek forum's archived posts and found a thread titled "Naturism" from 7-21-02 from the Wizard himself. In it he describes a visit to his house from the San Bernardino County Sherrif's Dept. It seems that he was adivised by the authorities about the legal issues involved with exposing children to the environment of the Hotsprings. I'm certain a report was generated as well as a call to CPS. No action other than a warning was given to Mr Wizard (at least thats what he claims in his post.)
As far as accusing Jobe of inappropriate behavior, the only one on this thread to do so is the Wizard himself. Those words came from him. I dont understand why he would claim I dont like Jobe when Wizard is the one who has made these allegations. I never named any names.
The last time I checked, its against the law to be nude in front of children in the State of California. A naturist may rationalize the behavior but the law is the law. I didnt write it so dont get sore at me Mr Wizard. Since Mr Wizard is so interested in the local landowners obeying the law, I thought he should uphold the same standards for himself.
