My wife Mrs Bear was there the day Wizard told us about the individual who was touching his kids on the beach. I spoke with her about the above post by Wizard denying that this incedent occured. She heard him tell it the same way I did. Wizard stated there was physical contact he was uncomfortable with.
The people who work in the public service sector, cops,teachers, paramedics and nurses are required by law to contact CPS whenever an suspected abuse involving children is involved. These records are confidential and unobtainable because they involve minor children. If a police report was generated, you can bet CPS was notified.
