Thanks Sycamore !!
I've already heard from some of my friends that they may want to join or just sit in at our meeting. There's been some talk and interest from some that I communicate with by email. And hey, ........ there's some females as well !!
I am going to suggest that we (group members) concentrate on ways to lesson the negative impact of the springs and trails. I'd like to present them at the meeting and then we can do some brainstorming. Yeah, I agree, ..... I think between our groups efforts and Mike at Bowen Ranch with him speaking to people and by giving them a flyer, all helps to communicate an awareness to the visiting public about the concern we have of the hot springs. It's taking time, but it's working.
As for the graffiti removal project, my idea of it is to wait awhile longer to let the cooler weather to set in first to make it easier on yourself. It's no fun in the heat. On thee other hand, if anyone wants to have at it, you're certainly welcome to it. It would be appreciated as well.
See ya at the springs and meeting on 7/26/03
