Laughing Bear, that is a good idea to look into the Quit Claim Deed. I don't know that it would prove "ownership" even if it did have all the signatures. The fact that it can be found in County Records, however, says nothing about whether it is any good, or what it actually implies. Anyone can have a document placed in the county records...with or without the document being valid or having value.
Wizard has a point, too, that his donation need have no bad motives. (Not knowing his motivation in making the donation, I don't want to assume one just because he seems to defend Katrina often on the forum)
Jobe's "fleas" were not caused by Mike Castro, though. It wasn't Mike Castro who went to the IRS to try to investigate someone elses finances. Jobe did that himself and found that he had his own worries.
