Read the above post again my friend. The example involving terrorist groups was intended to be just that...an example. "I am not saying you are responsible for Katrina's actions but you are linked in a financial way to this 20+ year old plan to take over the Bowen Ranch." That is all I am saying my friend. As far as this Quit Claim deed goes ,I am going to investigate it fully. Something is not quite right here. I can sign a quit claim deed on the house across the street that I do not own and all it is saying is that I give up any claim to it. Having had experience in evicting tennants many times over the years, it puzzles me as to why Katrina waits for years to take action. Well....public records are just that, public. It looks like I will have to go to San Bernardino to dig up the microfilm and see for myself if this deed was a recorded and legal document. My guess is that the Quit Claim was written with a disclaimer and is worthless. That is the probable explanation for Katrina's long delay. Her case wont hold up in court.
