BG, Jobe and I and others agree that you need an attorney. It should be someone NOT local or even from within San Bernardino County. You could defintely get compensatory and punitive damages, and ultimately get Mike out of Bowen Ranch and sent to jail. I'm not a lawyer and dont know specifically how you could get a good one, but a bit of research on your part could get you some answers.
