No doubt San Berdoo County officials are corrupt to some degree, but in any event, you should have requested a police report. Its not too late to do so. Also, document everything in writing. You've already described what happened on this forum, so save all that and write and save a lengthier account of what happened. I think you said there were no witnesses- surely someone else was at your campground when the shooting occurred. Mike will continue to get away with shit like this unless people can provide proof and evidence for his misdeeds. Hope you continue to recover completely.
