DCHS is on the edge of a huge population base called L.A.It is located in Southern California and thats a lot of people.One way to reduce vandalism and trash in the area is to promote awareness.I have heard from a few in this site that a calm and tactful approach to the uncool behavior works wonders.As far as vandalism,it has been happening everywhere.So,when in
the area be aware of your surroundings.Dont leave valuables in your car.Unfortunatly,it can happen anywhere.I have been lucky,in 30 years of visiting DCHS I have experienced none of this.Maybe Im next!
