I posted that incident on FB DCHS group. I'm not good with dog breeds but there were two short hair black dogs at the springs. One of the black dogs attacked the tiny dog. A 3 lbs vs. 80 lbs dog, guess who will always win?! My friend told me both black dogs, including the one that attacked the Pomeranian (Trixie) left with the same owners. This just brings back a flood of memory I've been trying to forget since that last visit. I had to throw away the green towel I used on the dog...
