Katrina,
I have a question for then if you feel that the Bowen Ranch parking lot is on Las Flores property.
How in blazes did you figure out where to place that little red "X" which is under the letter "Y" of the word "county" on the white county assessor's map?
You're merely guessing where the Bowen Ranch structure is and may be in error. But say you are right and the parking lot is on Las Flores property, you're still crossing Bowen Ranch property to get to the parking lot. Is that not true? Then Mike C. has a right to charge for crossing over his property.
I agree DCR, a using GPS is a way to figure it out. I believe I mentioned it in yesterdays post, suggesting locating the boundries by surveying it. Surveyors use GPS.
