Katrina,
here we go again. No wonder someone in a previous post wondered why certain subject matters keep coming up over and over. You post or bring up things that are defined as to how you want to define them.
I've had that map for years. When one arrives at the Bowen Ranch tollgate, you make a 90 degree left turn onto Bowen Ranch property and head almost, if not, dead south. The Bowen Ranch parking lot is in the 80 acre parcel, the lower half of zone three and not where you for some reason made the red circle.
I've got that very same map in front of me and have had it for years, that's not new information. You're interpeting it wrong where you have placed the red circle. How in the hell did you come up with that conclusion?
I am certain you have your directions of north and south mixed up. You probably think north and south run in a certain direction, when in fact it runs differently.
Maybe to clear things up, you could hire a surveyor to determine just what is what out there and stop guessing at where you think boundaries are. No wonder we have argued so much about things like this on this forum in the past. I sure would like to know how you arrived at placing the red circle on the map, I do not understand your logic. Please explain or how you determined where the red circle, (B.R. parking lot) should be on the assessor's map. I have the latest revision of the map.
