I have received a PM from a user on YouTube in line with a statement posted by 1mikezat1 there, that Damon's comments constitute a threat and action should be taken. It's worthwhile to reiterate my response here.
YouTube is administered differently than a forum, which typically runs according to rules, written or otherwise, set by the admin and helped enforced by mods. I read the YouTube policy. The most YouTube will probably do is put a strike against his account if he's reported via their Help and Safety Tool. For an outright ban, I believe the language would need to be more specific, such as "I will use my 9 mm against you when and if I see you". Quite frankly, YouTube is more concerned about copyrighted material than reviewing exchanges between users. In reality, it's hard to take anyone seriously who doesn't know how to put together a proper sentence. Who knows what he is smoking.
