Don't you love that the caption to the video refers to DC volunteers org? I encoutered lots of people who say, "I just leave my trash as is cause there is a group that takes care of things".
This guy gives general location and then shows furniture burning. I bet a bunch of morons are gonna infer that it's ok to burn shit at the springs.
