I was out there last Monday (10-11-10) and Bowen Ranch Road was bit "washboardy" but still quite passable with my two-wheel drive sedan. The level of the creek is just a bit below waist level.
There is a spot a little bit upstream from the hot springs that some inconsiderate idiots saw fit to paint graffiti on some of the rocks. But for the bit of graffiti, DCHS is in pretty good shape.
