Celtfire, no they are not the same person. The other Scott you mentioned who sold stuff down at DCHS and got banned from visiting the area for a year is no longer around. Yes that Scott was a real problem and a nutcase. He resided in the village ( also at the Rock Springs ranch ) off the Bowen Ranch Rd for some time and caused various problems for the locals. He is the Scott that Vet Ed was talking about recently when he told the story about how the local sheriff had told him that Scott and a guy Don ( a previous village resident ) where planning on killing Vet Ed and thats why Ed left the area.
