Obviously you have NOT been to the Bradford ridge trail head in over 7 years. They have paved the road there @ 1/4 of a mile past where the new concrete bridge is. And the large pine trees there are being attacked by Bark beetles.
Your friends at Rock springs are decimating the place. I have heard some new buyers are looking to buy the place, if any thing of value is there it has been sold.
When the cats away the mice play. Or in this case, sell. What a tragedy !
