No Rick, try scrolling to 12031(A) then look at (j) (1). These same words are renumerated in several statues in many places of the penal code in different ways. Sorry I have not read the entire code yet. I will work on that, it is such interesting reading, I only wish I had been reading it more entirely sooner. I think they write it this way so you will want to hire a lawyer. It makes me wish I would have stayed in school.
