Thanks Paul :-) I sent that letter out this evening, so it may not reach these folks till this Monday. If they do continue with the riding, I'll be keeping a log of thier activity, getting photos or video when possible, and calling in reports to the local sheriff. It will be interesting to see if I get any law enforcement to help regarding a noise complaint. If not, I'll see if when the new ordinance becomes active, if that makes any differance. If not, I'll be sending a letter to Bill Postmus to inform him that in my case, the ordinance is showing itself to have no teeth. He expressed a view at the County Meeting the day the ordinance was passed that he wanted to follow up and make sure the Sheriffs were responding to complaints regarding the ordinance. Of course I'm getting way ahead of myself here. Maybe if I'm lucky, they will be considerate and cease thier riding activities in our neighborhood, but I would be supprised if that occurred :-)
