The crab cooker reffered to in the previous post was meaning the crab cooker near Mammoth. There also is a tub at Gold strike hot springs that is called the crab cooker. It is 114 degrees in the winter but 126 in the summer, because of increased sunshine.
If my memory servers me right, the tub near mammoth was a porcelin hot tub from the city. Not what I would call natural.
Perhaps the BLM was busy looking for terrorist, or just saving gas.
