Moss Mill Rd./J1299 dirty deal

I suspect that there will be difficulty in answering your protest. BLM has previously told you that an easement for use of Moss Mill Rd. does not exist. That is a false statement.

The Moss Mill Rd. issue is longstanding and should have been given public review, but was unfairly kept off the table in WEMO. That manipulation was a BLM favor to the primary promoter of J1299 through the Cottonwood Springs cultural site. Why? Moss Mill Rd. was the legal OHV connector to USFS, but a short segment routes through the promoter's ranch.

The Moss Mill Rd./J1299 dirty deal is still supported by BLM State Director Mike Pool.
