We are well acquainted with the snow in the passes! Last year there was 4 - 8 feet of snow so we had to go in on what I call the "chunky" road ... Lipponcott. However, we did that part after dark so to this day, we still don't understand what we "didn't see" - if you know what I mean!

The roads had several wash-outs when we were last there for Thanksgiving. But we go in a group and it is a blast!

We know Skip and several other regulars out there. I would highly recommend the trip for any determined, well-prepared soakers.
