Re: help from springers

The BLM officials within the California Desert District know they are in hot water over thier WEMO proposals and will do little to assist. In our attempts to deal with the BLM in the Juniper Subregion, the Friends of Juniper Flats have accumulated quite a bit of documentation. Much of this has already been turned over to a attorney who is working on one such case trying to determine if the BLM has behaved in a legal way. Since the Friends of Juniper Flats are a group of local residents and property owners,we are not well aquainted with the legal system. These things are better left in the hands of competant profesionals.
