The fence project at the Bowen Ranch denies free access to public lands by blocking a road that was historicaly open. Is it OK to use public funds to block free access to public lands in order to divert traffic through a private commercial venture?
Why isn't Jennifer Foster talking about the taxpayers money on this issue?
