There were complaints filed about the fences and roads and how they impact the public access around the Bowen Ranch during the reopening after the Willow Fire.
We have not filed any complaints about any fences in the area since that time. Do we know why these fences near the Bowen Ranch were put up? Was it to protect the area and allow recovery after the fire or was it for cattle?
You are most likely right that if these fences were for fire recovery the fences should be removed at this point.
