Katrina and Jennifer Foster have been investigating fence projects on Juniper Flats. However, for some reason, they have avoided addressing the fence project at Bowen Ranch, constructed in the same time frame.
Is this fence (located on public land) addressed in a Cooperation Agreement or is it simply a "Ranger Nelson fait accompli"?
Do they realize that Ranger Nelson sponsored the Bowen Ranch fence project while denouncing my Cooperation Agreement as illegal?
Since my Cooperation Agreement was signed by Field Manager Tim Read, is Ranger Nelson accusing Mr. Read of criminal action?
Is Mike Castro protected from "fait accompli" removal of his fence by his alliance with Ranger Nelson?
